    PLC
    C2015
    It is extremely difficult to minimise workload, easy to add on. (min input, max output seems utopian, still). These are the challenges that an educator faces in Singapore and we must learn to overcome :)

    2 things:
    a)There is a balance between having fun and work.
    b)Gets to really see the bigger picture. Challenges and constraints faced in deployment of resources and manpower.

    1 Thing:
    Dinner should be in-house and there will be more time for us to utilise the avail facilities :)

  6. 3) The 4 models of decision-making / it provided an in-depth look into the demands and workload of teachers; difficult to lighten workload after all! / the various components that make up our school Strat Thrusts
    2) The venue is very suitable; very pleasant accomodation / the rich discussion by KPs on school issues and the entries into the blog

    - Great Use of Weblog to capture discussion notes!

    - Venue was great! Extremely conducive
    - No need to collate info on paper, just refer to weblog will do

    - More filling breakfast please, haha!

    1. Always question myself the rationale for thing that is initiated.

    2. 5 in 1 approach is indeed useful in streamlining many processes and yet meeting the objectives.

    3. Learn to see things in a broader picture where one process is often directly dependent or affecting another.

    Two things I like:

    1. The accomodation was great! Slept very well!
    2. Food quality is excellent..except for the ants...any solutions?

    One thing to improve:

    1. More R&R time.

    - a lot of sharing within 1 day (2nd Day): overloading
    - longer retreat

    2) C2015 will make teaching a more challenging career.
    3) PLC gives officers a chance to work on changes to the education environment.
    Two:
    1) The training was comprehensive and very enlightening.
    2) NSRCC is a n ice place to have training.

    1) No time to use facilities!
