It is good to allocate duties for FTs and co-FTs. However, it still boils down to the committment of FT and co-FT to handle the issues of their classes.
I've emailed everyone the revised version of our FT and Co FT duties (as discussed). Please use the weblog as a platform for your comments and suggestions.
I've sent you an email with the FM Allocation (Version 6) haha! Not to worry, the only change is to allocate HODs to specific levels to assist if need be. Cheers! If you're confused by now, just follow the date on the footer for the most recent version.
