1. In line with the implementation of PLCs, we will relook the following: - PD time on Wed - refresher on PD tools - common timing for EAS PD Time (will be addressed in PLC implementation)
2. Staff CIP – to be a planned and focused CIP activity next year, possibly to do with student leaders

Staff Recognition and Well Being - Sustained Healthy Staff Award (for staff without MC for 3 years) - Caring Staff Award (to be given at the end of each term) - Acknowledgement of EAS on a school wide platform instead of EAS day on marking day where students are no present - Welcome gift for new staff who join the school - OCA award (to have a focus, e.g. Most Outstanding Learning Team – PLC) - protected time for staff healthy activities - staff interest groups - Eat with your family day

Economy Drive - aircon in staffroom to be switched off by 5pm (to promote work life balance) - Cluster cubicle rep (staffroom) to switch off aircon in the staffroom by 0730hrs to save energy - approach economy drive through increasing environmental awareness - staff coming back on Sat to use fans instead - to show utilities consumption via broadcast to staff and students
