    Strategies Recommended

    1. In line with the implementation of PLCs, we will relook the following:
    - PD time on Wed
    - refresher on PD tools
    - common timing for EAS PD Time
(will be addressed in PLC implementation)

    2. Staff CIP – to be a planned and focused CIP activity next year, possibly to do with student leaders

    3. Staff Recognition and Well Being
    - Sustained Healthy Staff Award (for staff without MC for 3 years)
    - Caring Staff Award (to be given at the end of each term)
    - Acknowledgement of EAS on a school wide platform instead of EAS day on marking day where students are no present
    - Welcome gift for new staff who join the school
    - OCA award (to have a focus, e.g. Most Outstanding Learning Team – PLC)
    - protected time for staff healthy activities
    - staff interest groups
    - Eat with your family day

    4. Economy Drive
    - aircon in staffroom to be switched off by 5pm (to promote work life balance)
    - Cluster cubicle rep (staffroom) to switch off aircon in the staffroom by 0730hrs to save energy
    - approach economy drive through increasing environmental awareness
    - staff coming back on Sat to use fans instead
    - to show utilities consumption via broadcast to staff and students
